It is open daily from 6 am to 8 pm and features dog bowls and water for your pooch to drink when dehydrated from playing in the park.
You can access this dog park from the riverfront trail under the 4th Street Bridge. Due to the location of this access point, using it at night may not be the best option. Otherwise, Bernard Dog Run is a great place to enjoy with your pup during the day.
You’ll find Bernard Dog Run to be a nice little place almost like a hidden gem when you go through the trail and into the park.
- Riding Meadow Park

A maximum of two dogs per owner is allowed as the area is not fully fenced. This way you can pay better attention to your pooch and avoid losing them. You’ll need permits from the Borough Building to use the parking area.
If you have a dog and are looking for a nice park for them to roam around with limited restrictions, and have fun in the shallow waters, you do not want to miss the Riding Meadow Park.
