Find Grown-Up Geeky Art at Fine Art America

Since 2006, Fine Art America has been helping artists sell wall art, home decor and apparel online through print-on-demand technology in the world’s largest art marketplace. Artists can easily upload their images, set their own prices for hundreds of different print-on-demand products and instantly sell them to a global audience.

*Obligatory disclosure that this post is sponsored by Fine Art America, however, I honestly think they have a great selection of artwork and all opinions expressed here are my own.

Thousands of Artists, Millions of Choices

You can find more than 100,000 living artists and photographers currently offering more than ten million images for sale on FineArtAmerica.com. Plus, their collection is home to hundreds of thousands of artists, photographers, graphic designers, illustrators and iconic brands uploading new images every day.

The massive selection is a bit overwhelming, but they have a good search tool that helps narrow things down by keyword, title or artist. You can also browse curated art collections, and focus your search on things like the style of your home, what room you want to decorate, or your favorite interests.

Though there wasn’t an overall “geek” themed curated collection, I did find one with Classic Comic Book Covers and another that featured Zenescope’s Grimm Fairy Tales prints.

I also found some great original wall art featuring some of my favorite pop-culture characters like Wonder Woman and Chewbacca, and even artsy prints inspired by video games like Pac-Man and Legend of Zelda.

Plenty of choices for grown-up geeks who don’t want their walls looking like a college dorm room covered in movie posters! But they also sell movie-inspired posters too if you do happen to have a college dorm room in need of wall decor.

So be sure to check out Fine Art America next time you have an empty wall that needs some love and support an independent artist creating unique original art at the same time.
