Noodles, Made Gooder

Goodles is made with real cheese, 14g of protein, 6g of fiber, 21 nutrients from organic plants, and none of the bad stuff like GMO’s, artificial flavors or preservatives. Plus, Goodles has 25% less calories than the leading mac and cheese brand. It’s also the first mac to ever win the Clean Label Project Purity Award. All that and it just happens to be delicious as well.

I tried all four flavors and every single one was a winner: Mover & Shaker (cacio e pepe-inspired mac), Cheddy Mac (creamy cheddar and macaroni), Shella Good (aged white cheddar and shells), and Twist My Parm (asiago and parmesan with spirals). I made them as a side dish, but they can also be served as a meal.

The only critique I can say is that the noodles are on the smaller side, which fits with their proclamation of creating “a big deal packed into a tiny noodle.”

Have Your Mac and Eat it Too

Goodles was founded by actress Gal Gadot (yes, these are wonder-noodles) and an expert founding team featuring the former present of Annie’s and former Kraft mac and cheese manager. Boxes start at just $3.50 and can be found on www.Goodles.com and on Amazon.
