I tried the Endorfix Appetite Skins for a month. Here’s my personal review of the Endorfix Appetite Suppressant Patches, including if they worked, what it feels like to wear them and how they made me feel overall.

Endorfix Appetite Suppressant Patches Review
I purchased a 30-day supply of the Endorfix Appetite Skins from their website. (click here to go to Endorfix) My total was $85.46 with the discount promo code CANDYKEANE. I signed up as an affiliate after trying their energy skins last year.
They included a free pack of their energy patches, which I actually really like. I did a full review of the Endorfix Energy Skins here on the blog. I figured since those worked so well, maybe the appetite suppressant skins would work good too.
Unfortunately, I do not feel they really worked for me. Maybe I like food too much to be swayed by a patch. Maybe I don’t respond to the ingredients. Overall, I was just not really impressed with the effects.
But everyone is different! And you may react differently than me. So, if you have been interested in trying them, I suggest reading the full review before making your decision. This may be one of the only places on the Internet you’ll find a real, honest review from a real person.
They also offer a 14-day guarantee, so you can try them and get a refund if you don’t like them. I wanted to try them for a full month, so I did not opt for the refund.

The Claim: Steady Appetite Control
The Endorfix website page for their appetite suppressant patches claim “One simple patch gives you 12+ hours of calm, steady appetite control” and that “cravings fade, binge urges disappear.”
So, I put one of their patches on at 11AM.
I was hungry by 1:30.
I’d had a good breakfast, so I was surprised I was already hungry!
I didn’t feel any changes, or like I had taken anything. I still had my snacking urges and still ate the same amount.
But that was just the first day. So, I kept trying it, although some days I did forget to put it on, or I left it off on purpose because wearing a big ol’ patch was inconvenient.
Let’s talk about that for a moment.

What Wearing Endorfix Appetite Skin Feels Like
The Endorfix Appetite Suppressant Patches are about twice the size of the energy skins. They measure 2.5″ x 2.5″ and are clear with Endorfix printed in white.
You are supposed to apply them with a large smooth surface. The guide suggests the stomach, ribs, lower back or upper thigh.
After trying all the spots, I found it annoying in any place that might need to bend. I was very aware of it, no matter where I put it. There was no “stick it and forget it.” My upper thigh seemed to be the least mobile area, so that was the spot I usually stuck it.
I also discovered you need to follow the directions and wash the area first with soap and water, then let it dry thoroughly. If you don’t do that, you’ll waste patches because they will start peeling up after an hour or two.
The patch guide says you’ll feel the effects kick in within 20-30 minutes, and it will last 12 hours. You can then stick on another patch if you want.
For me, personally, I never felt anything kick in. It was nothing like trying the energy skins, where I really did start noticing the effects within that timeline.

What’s in Endorfix Appetite Suppressant Skins?
Endorfix appetite patches use a mix of plant extracts, amino acids, and metabolic compounds. Based on product listings and manufacturer info, common ingredients include:
Core ingredients
- Green tea extract (EGCG) – linked to mild metabolism support
- Garcinia cambogia (HCA) – marketed to reduce appetite and fat production
- Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) – antioxidant that may affect metabolism
- Fucoxanthin – compound from seaweed studied for fat metabolism
- Yerba mate extract – stimulant that may increase energy
- 5-HTP – linked to serotonin and appetite regulation
- Forskolin – sometimes associated with fat metabolism
These are very similar to ingredients used in oral weight-loss supplements, just delivered differently.
How Transdermal Delivery Works
Endorfix patches use transdermal delivery, meaning ingredients pass through your skin into the bloodstream.
- Bypasses digestion → avoids breakdown in the gut
- Steady release over hours → fewer spikes/crashes
- Convenience → no pills to take
Transdermal systems are used successfully in medicine (like nicotine patches), but they work best for very specific types of molecules. So even if ingredients work orally, there’s no guarantee they absorb well through skin.
Should You Try Endorfix?
Do I think these appetite suppressant patches work miracles for weight loss? No. I can’t support the hype around them.
After a month of giving them a good try, I did not lose any weight. But they were easy to try (no shots) and had no side effects.
Also, you never know what’s going to work for you. And they do come with a 14-day money back guarantee. So, if you still want to try them, click here to go to Endorfix and use code CANDYKEANE to save 5% off your order.
And if you do try them, please come back and leave a comment about your experience.
