Our experience included preparing Ariel's Underwater Feast, featuring mermaid cupcakes, fish tacos, and pasta salad. The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens has stepped up their spooky game at this year’s “wicked as you wish” themed Spooktacular, presented by Aquafina. You can experience the 35th annual Spooktacular each Thursday – Sunday leading up to Halloween and on Halloween night, October 14-16, 20-23 & 27 – 31, 2022. The zoo closes at 5PM and then the spooks come out at night when the event starts at 5:30. For the past seven years, the Beaches Library, located in Neptune Beach, FL, has thrown a ComicCon complete with comics, vendors, panels and cosplay. Each year it gets better and better! We had a great time this year doing all the kid’s activities. The event is usually held sometime in April and is always free to attend.
