FUNBOX is known as “The World’s Biggest Bounce Park,” and it’s in Jacksonville for a limited time. With 25,000 sq. ft. of continuous jumping zones connecting 10 different play areas, there’s plenty of space for the kids to go crazy. And go crazy, they did.
If you’ve found this post after FUNBOX has already left town, check out their website for their next location: FUNBOX.com

The World’s Biggest Bounce Park
FUNBOX will be in Jacksonville until March 3rd, and they plan to return again next October through January. It’s located at 10300 Southside Blvd, and you can’t miss the big colorful blow-ups by the Avenues Mall. It’s conveniently located on the side with the food court. So, you’ll want to pop in there and go to the bathroom first if you need to, since there are no bathrooms on site.
You can get tickets at the door, but I recommend getting your tickets ahead of time on the website because they do sell out. The limited amount of tickets sold really makes it nice and not crowded inside, so you don’t feel like you’re going to run into people constantly.
You’ll get about 90 minutes of jump time, but they close and empty the park about 10 minutes before the next jump session to clean everything up. So don’t arrive late or you’ll miss out on your full jumping time.
There’s a lot to explore inside, with ten play zones including a tall 23′ slide, the Tumble Temple, Marshmallow Mountain, Gumball’s Gallop and an awesome obstacle course.

Snow Cones and Water
You’ll be getting hot and sweaty with all that jumping, so you can either bring water or purchase water and snow cones on site. You are allowed to bring in your own drinks and small snacks, but every kid wants a snow cone when they see one!
There are tables and chairs and covered areas to sit at and enjoy your treat, or just take a rest. You can store your water where you stash your shoes when you are ready to jump again.

A Few Tips for Your FUNBOX Visit:
- Purchase tickets ahead of time online.
- Arrive about 10 minutes early to check in and get your wrist band.
- Buy the non-slip socks or bring extra socks. You don’t have to buy their socks, but you’re going to end up stepping in water or snow cone at some point, so you don’t want to wear those socks home.
- Bring water! Jumping makes you thirsty.
- Wear sunscreen. There are shaded areas, but it’s mostly outdoors.
- There’s a place to stash your shoes, but you don’t take in too much stuff with you because it’s a small pouch and not a locker type situation.

This is what the kids look like after over an hour of jumping. Worn out and tired! (for at least the next 10 minutes)
