Spring Break is done, the kid is back in school, and it's time to shake off the blahs of winter, grief, 2020 and general pandemic anxiety and start paying some attention to myself again.

It's been a while since my last Keane Interest post due to nothing much interesting happening lately. But this week we actually got out and went to the Spooktacular at the zoo! I also hosted a Spin Master RC Play Time Party for Tryazon, tried out a new CBD tincture and am looking forward to Halloween even with all the weird COVID stuff.
